Field Observer Package This comprehensive training programme equips individuals with the essential knowledge, practical skills, and safety awareness required for working in high-risk environments, particularly at height and within technical or construction roles. The course combines practical, classroom-based, and e-learning modules to ensure a strong understanding of safety responsibilities and best practices. Programme Structure The course is delivered in a blended format, incorporating instructor-led sessions and flexible online learning: MATS Rooftop Worker Safety & Access (1 Day Accredited Course) Provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to safely access and work on rooftops. Topics include hazard identification, safe access systems, fall protection measures, and compliance with safety regulations. Emergency First Aid at Heights (1 Day Accredited Course) Focuses on emergency response in elevated environments. Learners will develop life-saving skills, including casualty assessment, CPR, use of AEDs, and managing incidents where rescue may be more complex due to height. Radio Frequency Awareness (½ Day) Introduces the risks associated with radio frequency (RF) exposure, particularly in telecoms and broadcast environments. Covers safe working distances, hazard zones, and mitigation measures. Manual Handling Awareness (E-Learning) Covers safe manual handling techniques to prevent injury, including risk assessment and proper lifting methods. Asbestos Awareness (E-Learning) Provides knowledge on identifying asbestos-containing materials, understanding health risks, and following correct procedures to avoid exposure. Learning Outcomes By the end of this programme, participants will be able to: Work safely at height, including rooftop access Respond effectively to emergencies in elevated environments Understand and mitigate radio frequency exposure risks Apply safe manual handling techniques Recognise asbestos hazards and follow safety protocols Target Audience Ideal for individuals working in construction, telecommunications, maintenance, roofing, or roles requiring safe access to elevated or hazardous environments. Certification Upon completion, participants will receive certification for each component, demonstrating compliance with industry safety standards.

Circet endeavours to meet specified training dates, and reserves the right to alter dates subject to operational constraints: • Where a course is cancelled by the Academy, a full refund or course transfer shall be offered In the event that a delegate is unable to attend a booked training course, the Booking Form cancellation terms apply: • Cancellation prior to the commencement of training shall incur the following charges: • Between 14 and 7 working days: 50% course cost chargeable • Within 7 days: 100% course cost chargeable • All cancellations must be made in writing (email). In the event of non-attendance on the day of training, the full cost of training shall be chargeable • Delegates who fail to complete a course shall be charged at the full rate
