Service Description
Intended for: The telecoms passport course is designed for delegates who are looking to enter the industry and want to gain a fundamental understanding and knowledge base along with practical experience which will allow them to safely work at height in a variety of practical scenarios. The Climber and Rigger passport is a 5-day course which consists of: • MATS Basic Tower Climber & Rescue – 3 Days • MATS Rooftop Worker Safety & Access 1⁄2 Day • Radio Frequency 1⁄2 Day • Emergency First Aid at Heights - 1 Day The MATS Basic Tower Climber and Rescue, Rooftop Worker Safety & Access and Radio Frequency will run Monday through to Friday This course provides the necessary qualifications to be out on site working at height.

Cancellation Policy
Circet endeavours to meet specified training dates, and reserves the right to alter dates subject to operational constraints: • Where a course is cancelled by the Academy, a full refund or course transfer shall be offered In the event that a delegate is unable to attend a booked training course, the Booking Form cancellation terms apply: • Cancellation prior to the commencement of training shall incur the following charges: • Between 14 and 7 working days: 50% course cost chargeable • Within 7 days: 100% course cost chargeable • All cancellations must be made in writing (email). In the event of non-attendance on the day of training, the full cost of training shall be chargeable • Delegates who fail to complete a course shall be charged at the full rate
